The home screen

After you sign in, LATU opens on the first tab at the bottom, “Recordings”, which is the home screen. The demo below walks you through each area of the home screen.

A tour of the home screen

Step 1 of 10 · “+” at the top right imports an audio file from your phone.

The demo plays automatically. You can also tap the glowing spot on the phone, pick a step above, or use the left and right arrow keys.

Top row

On the left is the “LATU · AUDIO MEMORY” label, and on the right are three icons:

IconWhat it does
+Import audio files already on your phone. See Import audio
FolderCreate and rename folders and change their order. See Folders
Magnifying glassSearch recordings by title or tag. See Search

The top row stays pinned to the top and doesn't scroll with the list.

Miss S workbench

The workbench is split into left and right halves, and it scrolls up along with the list:

  • Schedule (left half): Your schedule for the next 7 days, showing up to 3 items. Tap it to open the schedule view. “Plan my schedule” at the bottom opens Miss S, which looks at your recent action items and schedule and suggests a plan for this week (the question is filled in for you and isn't sent automatically).
  • Action items (right half): Action items that aren't done yet, showing up to 5, with their due dates. Tap it to open “All action items”, where you can confirm the action items SI has pulled from each recording.

See Action items and schedule.

Filter bar

When you scroll up, it sticks just below the top row:

  • After “All” come your tags. Tap one to see only recordings with that tag; tap it again to clear it.
  • The funnel on the right opens “Filter”, where you can filter by folder, tag, or template (the minutes template a recording was analyzed with). Only one of the three filters can be active at a time.
  • The icon on the far right switches between two-column cards and a single-column list.

Miss S floating card

It floats above the “Recordings”, “SI Staff”, and “Profile” tabs and shows “Miss S ▸ READY / Online — need a hand?”:

  • Tap the card to open the Miss S panel, where you can ask questions or dispatch work to SI staff.
  • Tap “^” on the right to collapse it into a small square, and tap the square to expand it again. You can drag the card up and down, and drag the square to the left or right side.

Recording cards

Each card shows the title, uploader, time, summary (or upload status), tags, duration, and how long ago it was recorded:

  • Tap a card to open the recording details.
  • Tap a “#tag” on a card to filter by that tag.
  • Press and hold a card (in the list view, you can also tap “…”) to open the actions menu: View details, Edit tags, Move to folder, and Delete.
  • Recordings still being processed show “Uploading / Transcribing / Analyzing”, and failed ones show the reason and “Upload now”.

Pull down to refresh the list, and scroll to the bottom to load more automatically.

Record button

The blue square button in the bottom-right corner. Tap it to open the recording screen. See Recording on your phone:

  • You can drag it to the left or right side of the screen, and LATU remembers where you put it.
  • Once an AI recording card is connected, its icon changes to a recording card.
  • While you're recording, the button turns red with a timer above it. Tap it to return to the recording screen.

Three tabs at the bottom

  • Recordings: The home screen.
  • SI Staff: The SI staff roster, where you can enable staff members, choose their skills, and dispatch work. See SI staff and dispatching.
  • Profile: Your account, usage, devices, templates, language, and other settings. See The Profile tab and settings.
