Sharing and exporting
Sharing and exporting are both under “…” (More actions) in the top-right corner of the recording details.
Share link
Create a link that anyone can open in a browser to see the minutes and full transcript, without installing LATU. You can stop sharing at any time.
Share a recording by link
Step 1 of 5 · In the recording, tap “…” at the top right.
The demo plays automatically. You can also tap the glowing spot on the phone, pick a step above, or use the left and right arrow keys.
- On the recording details page, tap “…” in the top-right corner and choose “Share link”.
- Tap “Create share link”.
- Tap “Copy link” to send it to someone, or tap “Share” to send it with the system share sheet.
Once the link is created, you can also do the following in the same panel:
- Choose which minutes to share: If the recording has more than one completed set of minutes (because you switched templates), check the ones you want on the share page. At least one must stay selected. Changes take effect right away on the same link.
- Include SI staff analysis results: When this is on, the share page gets an extra “SI Staff” tab.
- See how many times the link has been opened.
- Stop sharing: Tap “Stop sharing” in red, and the link stops working immediately. Anyone who opens it again will see “This link is no longer available”.
What's on the share page
When someone opens the link, they can see the recording title, time, and duration; the audio, which they can play; the minutes (they can switch templates if there are several); the full transcript (tap a time to jump there and play); and any SI staff analysis you chose to include. The share page shows in Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, or English based on their browser language.
Export minutes as a PDF
- On the recording details page, tap “…” in the top-right corner and choose “Export summary”.
- What's exported is the SI Minutes you're currently viewing. You can export only after the minutes have finished generating.
- When it's ready, the system share sheet appears, so you can save it to “Files” or send it to others through WeChat or email.
If exporting is busy or times out, you'll be asked to try again later. Very long minutes may not be exportable as a PDF.
Export audio
- On the recording details page, tap “…” in the top-right corner and choose “Export audio” (available once the recording has finished uploading).
- If two formats are available, you'll be asked whether to export “Compatible (m4a)” or “Original file (ogg)”. Usually choose the compatible format, which any player can open.
- Once it's downloaded, the system share sheet appears so you can save or forward it.
Files left on your phone from exporting can be cleared in “Profile → More settings → Clear cache”. This doesn't affect the recording itself.
