Miss S assistant
Miss S is LATU's “SI copilot · Recording assistant” (previously called SOPHON). It finds answers in your recordings, minutes, and connected tools and cites its sources. It can also help you dispatch recordings to SI staff.
Open Miss S
- Tap the Miss S floating card on the home screen (or on SI Staff or Profile). If the card is collapsed into a small square, tap the square to expand it first.
- In the Miss S workbench on the home screen, tap “Plan my schedule” to open Miss S with a question already filled in.
The Miss S panel slides up from the bottom. In the top-right corner, you can expand it to full screen or close it. The panel has two tabs: “01 Chat” for asking questions, and “02 Dispatch” for handing recordings to SI staff. See SI staff and dispatching.
Ask a question
Ask Miss S a question
Step 1 of 5 · On the home screen, tap the Miss S card.
The demo plays automatically. You can also tap the glowing spot on the phone, pick a step above, or use the left and right arrow keys.
- Suggested questions: A new conversation offers “Summarize this week's to-dos”, “What have I recorded recently”, and “What was the last meeting about”. Tap one to send it right away.
- Shortcut buttons (above the input box):
- “Find recordings”: Fills in “Find recordings about:”, so you can type what you're looking for.
- “Organize to-dos”: Asks about all of this week's action items right away.
- “Dispatch to staff”: Switches to “02 Dispatch”.
- “Plan schedule”: Fills in a question about planning your schedule.
- Input box: Type your question in “Ask a follow-up…” and tap the send button on the right. The “+” on the left starts a new conversation.
Answers and sources
While Miss S is answering, it first shows “Thinking…” and the steps it's taking (such as looking through your recordings). When the answer is complete:
- Sources are listed below the answer: which recordings it drew on, with a timestamp when it cites a specific point in a transcript.
- Tap a source card to put “About ‘Recording title’ at 12:34:” in the input box, so you can ask a follow-up.
- Tap “Details” on a card to open that recording and start playback at the cited moment.
- When you ask about action items, the answer includes a card that takes you to “All action items”.
Miss S can make mistakes. For anything important, check it against the sources.
Hold to talk
Tap the microphone to the right of the input box to switch to voice:
- Press and hold “Hold to talk” and start speaking. When you let go, your speech is turned into text and placed in a preview card.
- In the preview card, you can “Clear”, “Edit”, or “Send” it right away. It isn't sent automatically.
- If you slide your finger up while speaking, it turns red; let go to cancel.
Each recording can be up to 60 seconds. If you hold for less than half a second, you'll see “Too short. Keep holding while you speak”. Voice input isn't available while you're recording with the phone microphone.
Conversation history
Tap the clock icon at the far right of the shortcut buttons to open “Conversation history”. Tap a conversation to go back to it, or press and hold to delete it. Deleted conversations can't be recovered.
Confirmation before writing to external tools
Once you've connected external tools such as Feishu (see Miss S connectors), Miss S can look things up for you and also write to them, such as sending a message or creating a task in Feishu:
- Read-only queries run right away.
- Write actions don't run right away. A “Needs your confirmation” prompt appears first, listing what will be done and how long the request stays valid. They run only when you tap “Confirm”; tap “Cancel” to skip them. If there are several, you can choose “Confirm all” or “Cancel all”.
Limits and credits
- On some plans, the number of questions you can ask each day is limited. Below the input box, you'll see “N questions left today”. Once they're used up, you'll see “No questions left today”, and they reset the next day.
- Conversations deduct Miss S credits based on the tokens they use, so longer conversations use more. You can see your remaining credits in the usage section of the “Profile” tab. See The Profile tab and settings.
