Search
Search recordings
Step 1 of 5 · On the home screen, tap the magnifier at the top right.

- Tap the magnifying glass in the top-right corner of the home screen to bring up search from the bottom.
- Type a keyword. Search runs automatically when you pause typing (you can also press “Search” on the keyboard).
- Tap a result to open the recording details. Tap “Cancel” to close search.
Search matches recording titles and tags. It isn't case-sensitive and finds any recording that contains the keyword. It doesn't search the text of transcripts or minutes for now; to find recordings by what was said, ask Miss S. Search and the home screen filters don't affect each other.
Filters
- By tag: In the home screen filter bar, your tags come after “All”. Tap one to see only recordings with that tag; tap it again to clear it. Tapping a “#tag” on a recording card does the same.
- By folder, tag, or template: Tap the funnel on the right of the filter bar to open “Filter”:
- Folder: All, Uncategorized (recordings that aren't in any folder), or one of your folders.
- Tag: Each tag shows how many recordings have it.
- Template: Lists the minutes templates you've used, such as “Client Visit · 3 recordings”. Choose one to see only recordings analyzed with that template.
Only one of the three filters can be active at a time; choosing a new one replaces the old one. When a filter is on, the current filter appears at the start of the filter bar. Tap “×” to clear it.
Tags
Tag a recording and filter by tag

Tag a recording
- On the home screen, press and hold a recording (in the list view, you can also tap “…”) and choose “Edit tags”. Or tap “…” in the top-right corner of the recording details and choose “Edit tags”.
- Type in “Enter a tag name” and tap “+”, or just tap a tag in the “Tag library” below.
- Tap “×” on a selected tag to remove it, or tap “Clear tags” to remove them all.
- Tap “Save”. You'll see “Tags saved”.
- Each tag can be up to 32 characters, and each recording can have up to 20 tags.
- Spellings that differ only in letter case, full-width vs. half-width characters, or extra spaces count as the same tag.
- New tags are added to your tag library automatically once saved.
Manage your tag library: In “Edit tags”, tap “Manage” next to “Tag library”, then tap “×” on a tag to remove it from the library. This only affects the tag library; tags already on recordings stay as they are.
Folders
Move a recording to a folder

Move a recording into a folder
- On the home screen, press and hold a recording and choose “Move to folder”.
- Tap the folder to move it into. You'll see “Recording moved”. Choose “Move out of folder” in the first row to take the recording out of its folder.

Tap the folder icon in the top-right corner of the home screen to open “Folders”:
- Tap the “New folder” icon in the top-right corner, enter a name (up to 100 characters), and save.
- Tap a folder to rename it. To delete it, tap the red “Delete folder” at the bottom of the rename panel, then confirm with “Delete folder” when asked “Delete “…”?”. Recordings in it won't be deleted; they move out of the folder to Uncategorized.
- Press and hold the handle on the right and drag to change the order.
Folder names must be unique.
Rename and delete recordings
- Rename: On the recording details page, tap the title, or tap “…” in the top-right corner → “Rename”. Names can be up to 200 characters.
- Delete: On the home screen, press and hold a recording, choose “Delete”, and when asked “Delete this recording?”, tap “Delete permanently”. The recording, transcript, and analysis results are all deleted and can't be recovered.
